white corn tortilla, 2 eggs, handful spinach, 1/2 red bell pepper, salt, pepper, cilantro salsa

handful spinach, 1 tomato, 3oz roast beef slices, Newman's balsamic vinaigrette

1 diced tomato, 1/2 cucumber sliced, sprinkle of lime juice, ground flak seed, almond slices, salt, pepper, Newman's balsamic vinaigrette, maybe one avocado (probably one avocado), actually yes one avocado. and roast beef. how much roast beef? ALL THE ROAST BEEF. or 3oz.

Breakfast Tacos #2
same as #1 but using grapeseed oil, one green onion (all parts), Trader Joe's green chiles, but no salsa.

Stir Fri #1
Ingredients: beef (bottom round) cubed, carrots, broccoli, green bell peppers, jalapenos diced, green onion, ginger chopped, grapeseed oil, dark soy sauce, mirin, cooking wine, salt.
