Cooking

These directions are somewhat general and open ended to allow for flexibility. If there is an opportunity to add bacon... well you know what to do.

Stir Fry

0. put on an apron (grease will be sparkin!)
1.marinate meat in soy sauce, mirin, cooking wine and half of the jalapenos diced, green onion, ginger chopped;  then cut veggies to desired size. ( i like to physically tear the broccoli and green peppers)
2.heat oil in hot hot pan and drop in meat (adding more soy sauce for color) with all that other junk; take it all out after its browned
3. heat more oil and drop in all (or whatever fits) veggies and rest of jalaps, onion, gingers mix; and more soy sauce for color; cook it up for a min or so (no soggies for stir fry)
4. usually i do something with rice, then eggs (adding oil at each step) but i skipped that for this one...
5. put meat back in to finished cooking it and mix the flavors all up; turn off heat when done,
6. add a bunch of salt at end (to taste i suppose, and then a little more)
note: i prefer my beef on the bleeding side so other meats may need more time; small cubes need less than larger chunks
